Back-End/Integration Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud Engineer
Overview:
ImagineX Studio is seeking a skilled and experienced Back-End/Integration Salesforce Commerce Cloud Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the back-end infrastructure, integrating Salesforce Commerce Cloud with other systems, optimizing order management processes, and ensuring proper data flow for digital asset management.
Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud Configuration & Customization:
- Configure and customize Salesforce platform components, including objects, fields, workflows, and processes.
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications and components.
- Use and configure the Salesforce SCAPI.
- Order Management System (OMS) Integration:
- Configure and integrate Salesforce OMS with SFCC and other enterprise systems.
- Optimize order processing workflows and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve OMS-related issues.
- MuleSoft Integration:
- Design and develop robust integrations between Salesforce and other systems using MuleSoft.
- Build and maintain API integrations to ensure data consistency and flow.
- Optimize MuleSoft integration performance.
- Back-End Development:
- Develop and maintain server-side logic and APIs.
- Optimize back-end performance and ensure scalability.
- Work with Salesforce B2C Commerce Script.
- Digital Asset Management (DAM) Integration:
- Ensure proper data flow between the DAM system and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Work with frontend to ensure assets are delivered properly.
- System Integrations and Automation:
- Implemented integrations with the following types of code modules:
- PIM
- Salesforce Payments
- Salesforce Order Management (SOM)
- Salesforce Omni-Channel Inventory (OI)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce CRM
- SEO-optimized URLs
- SFCC Business Manager setup, administration, and customer migration.
- Implemented integrations with the following types of code modules:
- Technical Leadership & Collaboration:
- Provide technical guidance and support to other developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Help define best practices and architectural designs.
- Troubleshooting & Support:
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to back-end systems and integrations.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce e-commerce solutions.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in back-end development and system integration, preferably with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Order Management and MuleSoft integration.
- Strong expertise in:
- Salesforce B2C Commerce Script.
- RESTful APIs and web services (SCAPI).
- MuleSoft development.
- Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Experience with Digital Asset Management(DAM) systems and their integration.
- Understanding of database systems and data modeling.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with testing frameworks.
