We're looking for a Client Service Manager with experience in Cybersecurity to be the primary point of contact for clients in the cybersecurity domain ensuring that their needs are met with tailored solutions and exceptional service. This is a full-time opportunity with a preference for Atlanta-based, however, for the right person, we are flexible on location.  Other preferred locations include Boulder/Denver, DC, Chapel Hill, or NYC.  

Duties:

The Client Service Manager will leverage their cybersecurity knowledge and account management expertise to build lasting client relationships, drive growth, and deliver results.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned cybersecurity clients, ensuring seamless communication and a strong partnership
  • Understand clients' cybersecurity challenges, objectives, and operational environments to align services with their needs
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve client retention, satisfaction, and growth
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell cybersecurity services or solutions
  • Drive account profitability by identifying new business opportunities and expanding service lines within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of cybersecurity services and projects
  • Monitor project milestones, client satisfaction, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging cybersecurity trends, regulations, and threats to provide relevant insights to clients
Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • 5+ years of account management experience, ideally in professional services or technology consulting (Big 4 experience a bonus)
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains such as threat management, risk assessment, incident response, and compliance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to connect client needs with technical solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex client relationships
  • Problem-solver, ability to work independently and be a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Very strong storytelling, writing & presentation skills
  • Very strong time-management, organization and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive under pressure
  • Strong aptitude in fostering long-term relationships
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress
  • Familiarity with tools like CRM systems, cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and project management platforms
